Installed in: C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero I have an Emprex Dual Layer 16X Writer and my last two log files are below. I can still copy data to a DVD but I use XP and not Nero 6 to do this. However, every time I now get a write fail and therefore I cannot burn any movies. So I updated my firmware ( DRVUPDATE.COM) and the rip sped increased(?) and teh burn rate increased dramatically.
These were taking hours to do (2.5) and I wasn’t bothered until a friend said his were taking 30 minutes! I have been able to burn DVDs using DVDShrink/Decrypter.
